Tasting Notes:
The Vittoriano features a
intense royal red color, slightly purplish.
The scent is persistent with fruity aromas, plum and cherry, and spicy and floral nuances.
In the mouth the flavor is rich and complex , but always balanced and harmonious. ​
Food pairings:
Wine that lends itself to all meat dishes, to cheeses and cured meats. It goes particularly well with game meat, such as wild boar and venison.
In general, Syrah is ideal to accompany roasts and grilled meats.
