Tasting Notes:

Intense ruby color. The elevation of the vineyards and the day-night temperature variations make the color more intense than ever.

White pepper, mint, eucalyptus leaves, blackberries, the nose is of extraordinary complexitynary. Rich in tannins with a solid consistency thanks to the very dry season.

Food pairings:

Corbinaia wine lends itself beautifully to a wide range of gastronomic dishes. Thanks to its complexity, it is ideal for accompanying Tuscan meat-based specialties such as braised meats and game. Furthermore, it pairs beautifully with mature cheeses and cured meats, enriching the palate with aromatic and structured notes.
