The olive grove


Tenuta Corbinaia covers over 2 hectares of olive groves with about 1000 olive trees.

 The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made through the cold mechanical pressing of our olives, which belong to the most precious Tuscan varieties: Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino.

Thanks to the recent conversion of the farm,

our EVO oil falls into the category of BIO products.

Organic from Corbinaia

The oil obtained is characterized by a low acidity and a richness in polyphenols. The olive green color with golden reflections, a fruity taste, slightly spicy and with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

Our extra virgin olive oil is ideal for seasoning vegetables, fish, meats but also for the preparation of sauces, gravies and pickles.
