A tailored vegetable garden

In the fields of Corbinaia we grow organic vegetables and fruits, which are offered to the guests of the Estate .

It was born as a family vegetable garden and today it guarantees a vast production based on respect for the balance and resources of our land.

The entire project was followed by Agronomist experts of the Agraria Bartolini Company, who were able to make the most of the characteristics and properties of the Corbinaia soil, creating a "Custom made Garden";.

Respect for the territory remains a central theme for the company, which is why it was decided to install a drip irrigation system, in order to limit the waste of resources and maximize the yield of the land.

With the rotation of the land it is possible to optimize fertilization by eliminating the use of chemical fertilizers.

Thanks to these cultivation techniques, the unique characteristics and properties of the clayey soils of Chianti are exploited .

In our garden we adopt micro-irrigation: a slow irrigation method, drop by drop, which allows you to properly hydrate the plants without unnecessary waste, saving water and energy.
