THE ORGANIC FARM ESTATE
The Estate
Located in the Tuscan countryside, just outside the city of Montespertoli, Tenuta Corbinaia rises at an altitude of around 100 m above sea level.
The estate covers over 38 hectares of vineyards and olive groves. Most of the vineyards have an excellent exposure, facing south.
Recently the Estate has converted the entire cultivation to organic, giving life a to excellent bottles of BIO oil and wine.
Organic Production
The core philosophy of Corbinaia farm revolves around a profound respect for the land. In 2019, the Estate successfully concluded its extensive journey of transitioning from conventional to organic farming methods.

At Corbinaia, both agricultural and wine production follow contemporary practices that substitute chemical products with natural fertilizers and eco-friendly pest prevention techniques.
The guiding principle behind this approach is to honor the delicate balance of the ecosystem and minimize soil fertility depletion.

This not only reduces the environmental footprint but also paves the way for the production of sustainable, high-quality products.
The Vineyards
The vines are pruned with the Guyot system and the vineyards are planted with an average density of 4500 plants per hectare .
The yield is low, which ensures very complex and elegant wines.
The varieties grown on the estate are Sangiovese, Syrah, Merlot and Chardonnay and the wines produced have a modern style.
The Corbinaia vegetable Garden
In the fields of Corbinaia we grow organic vegetables and fruits that we offere to our guests.
It was born as a family vegetable garden and today it guarantees a vast production based on respect for the balance and resources of our land. The entire project was followed by Agronomist experts of Agraria Bartolini Company, who were able to make the most of the characteristics and properties of the Corbinaia soil, thus creating a real "Custom made garden".
